Don’t let anyone tell you that the way you’re feeling is “wrong.” You’re entitled to your own feelings, you are not overreacting, and you are not “sensitive.” If you’re upset about something, then you’re upset about something. Even if nothing too traumatic or bad happened, it’s okay to feel how you do. Just remember to not let your feelings and thoughts control your life, always stay strong, and stay positive no matter what happens.
